In recent years, depression took hold of me, I was burnt out, nothing really interested me anymore. With the support of my friends, I decided to take matters into my own hands and chose art therapy to find a way out, what really interests me. I want to create something with my hands, draw, paint with acrylics and watercolors, fire enamel, combined techniques… and I want to gain more endurance and self-esteem, to feel valuable. I would like to draw attention to depression, how unnoticed it can take over a person, and how important it is to support our loved ones.  I hope it gives you as much joy as it gave me while making it, like a cure for my soul.
